My name is Roxana Valer. I have worked in the child education field for more than 15 years, 5 years in daycare, and 10-plus years with Child Development Dayhomes. I have Level 2 in ELCC and am currently studying for my diploma. I choose to be an early child educator because I love to teach, interact with children, and support them in their learning process. Through my job, I can significantly impact the children, not just by helping them develop their cognitive and physical skills and teaching values. I like to work as a team with the parents, supporting their concerns and needs.
